IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL DENVER COUNTY CLIENTS
Due to the Democratic National Convention the Denver County Courts are closed the week of August 25-29, 2008 and will not be doing any returns or court appearances during that time period. This closure applies to all attorneys and landlords appearing in Denver County Courts. IF YOU HAVE PROPERTY IN DENVER COUNTY AND NEED TO HAVE AN EVCTION PROCESSED IN AUGUST 2008 YOU MUST SERVE YOUR NOTICE TO THE TENANT NO LATER THEN AUGUST 10, 2008 AND HAVE THE NOTICE FAXED TO OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN 10:00 A.M. ON AUGUST 14, 2008 FOR A COURT DATE OF AUGUST 21, 2008 TO AVOID SUBSTANCIAL DELAY. Failure to fax your Denver County notice prior to 10:00 a.m. on August 14, 2008 will delay the court appearance on your evictions.
